MINUTES / SPECIAL BUDGET HEARING MEETINGS
THURSDAY, JUNE 30TH, 2016 @ 7:00 P.M and 7:15 P.M.
After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Supervisor called the meeting to order @ 7:00 P.M. at the Hollis Town Hall, 6430 West Wheeler Road, Mapleton, Illinois 61547.
Board Members Present:
Supervisor Gary W. Thomas; Clerk Kelsey A. Archer, and Trustees: William J. Gerdes, Sandra E. Fruge, James E. Bailey and Brian B. Fengel.
The Supervisor will announce a quorum present.
The Road Commissioner Dennis R. Beckman attended this meeting. The Tax Assessor Alice B. Dailey was not available.
Visitors: Melinda Atkins & Matt Molitor who were waiting to speak at the Regular Monthly Board Meeting to be held at 7:30 P.M.

FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HOLLIS
Fiscal Year April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017
Changes to the Township of Hollis ~ Tentative Budgets which were presented May 26, 2016
Assessor’s Budget:
Line Item 12526 Telephone increase $300. from $ 125.00 to $ 425.00
Line Item 12530 Printing decrease $300. from $ 450.00 to $ 150.00
A MOTION to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 2016~06
Budget and Appropriation Ordinance
FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HOLLIS
for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2016 and ending March 31, 2017.
Motion Jim Bailey; second Brian Fengel. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

FOR THE SINGLE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT OF HOLLIS
Fiscal Year April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017.
There were no changes to the Tentative Budgets for the Single Township Road District
of Hollis which were presented May 26, 2016
A MOTION to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 2016~07
Budget and Appropriation Ordinance
FOR THE SINGLE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT OF HOLLIS TOWNSHIP
for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2016 and ending March 31, 2017.
Motion Bill Gerdes; second Sandy Fruge. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.
NOTE: WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ADOPTION, THE TOWN & ROAD BUDGETS MUST BE FILED WITH THE PEORIA COUNTY CLERK
