• Building Grounds and Equipment
    1. The Board discussed the on-going problem with the light on the South side of the town hall building. The Road Commissioner was requested to correct the problem if possible
  • Town Business
    1. The Supervisor stated the work on the 2010 census is progressing and should be completed on time.
    2. The Town Board received a thank-you letter from the Rural Peoria County Council on Aging for the donation received from Hollis Township.
  • Road Business
    1. The Road Commissioner stated that an agreement has been made with Carri-Scharf Trucking, though their attorney for repairs to be made by them for damage to Cilco Lane.
    2. The Road Commissioner also stated that the salt supply is still questionable but is available at this time.
  • Trustees
    1. It was requested that the status of the tentative alcohol plants be brought up to date. The Supervisor explained what he knows at this time.
  • New Business
    1. The Board discussed briefly the plans for the lawn care and maintenance around the town hall, the upcoming T.O.I. meeting schedule, and the consideration of a token of appreciation for a resident's help with the 2010 census.
