VISITORS ADDRESSING THE BOARD: None
TOWN BUILDING, GROUNDS & EQUIPMENT: Darcy did not bill this month. She will mow one last time and then send in final bill. The gutter guard on the drainage needs to be adjusted.
COMMUNICATIONS & Correspondence: Road District $445.00 and Hollis Township $211.00 received tax dollars from the solar farm.

TOWN BUSINESS ~ Supervisor: Pricing and discussion and possible motion for furnace and air conditioner upgrade.
Russ stated he has 1 bid but has not received a 2nd bid yet. We will add to next month’s agenda. Russ stated that Dennis and he discussed that they will only set the tax levy at 105% which will be on next month’s agenda for voting.
Russ stated there is an issue with credit cards limits and they had to use 2 credit cards to finalize registration for meeting. Russ has asked the board if there are any issues with raising the credit cards from $1000 each to $2000 each plus adding another credit card for road district.
The board agreed to raise the 2 credit limits to $2000 each plus add another credit card with a $ 2000 limit.
Russ discussed the secretary asking for $1.00 raise. This will be added to next month’s meeting
Audit is complete and filed with County. Russ handed out books.
CLERK BUSINESS: Discussion and pricing with possible motion to purchase Adobe Acrobat Standard for 3 users at $ 358.80.

ROAD BUSINESS ~ Highway Commissioner: Dennis stated he has no salt contract yet from the State and no idea of what the costs will be. Snowplow blades were purchased, and they doubled in price over $900 each.
Dennis stated that there was a question concerning the concrete work on Powell Road and if it was union work. He wanted the board to know this in case the Department of Labor contacts him.
Seal coating concrete and seeding will be done but he may use rye grass instead of grass seed due to time of year.
Dennis stated he did order a new boom mower and may put old tractor up for bid instead of trading it in.
Peoria County Highway Department Motor Fuel Tax Report : $ 62,169.42 as of August
TRUSTEES/ Information / Business: None
TAX ASSESSOR’S OFFICE / Information / Business: Alice is losing her boss and she does not know who is taking the position. The house values are depreciating and being turned over constantly.
Rich asked if she has any record of how many houses are for sale or empty. Alice stated she does not have this record.
If residence have complaints about taxes, they should give Alice a call.
Russ asked about Malware bill for 3 computers and if the township owns all 3 computers. Alice stated she has laptop at home, but the township does not own it. Russ stated the Secretary and Clerk do not use Malware bites and we need to get the billing straightened out, so Alice gets paid.
