  1. Information was presented from T.O.I. concerning the Continuing Education Seminar to be held in Moline, Il. on June 12, 2009.
  2. Also received was information from the office of Heyl-Royster for their next seminar on May 4th, 2009 at the Chase Bank Building in Peoria, Il. 124 S.W. Adams St.
  3. The Peoria County Administrator's Office sent information on the acceptance of summer applications for summer work for area high school students.
  4. Also received from T.O.I. was information on training for newly elected officials to be held in Normal, Il. on June 27, 2009.
• Road Business
  1. An update was presented to the Board on the increase in costs on sealcoating the township roads.
  2. An update was presented on the Carrie-Scharf dispute this concerned the Drainage District sale.
• Trustees
  1. Information was presented from the attendee for the recent Topics Day held in S pringfield, Il.
• New Business
  1. The Board held a brief discussion about the election process and how the positions of trustees may be better served.
