MINUTES SPECIAL BUDGET HEARING MEETINGS

THURSDAY, MAY 31, 2012 @ 7:00 P.M and 7:15 P.M.

 

 

After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Supervisor will call the meeting to order @ 7:00 P.M. at the Hollis Town Hall, 6430 West Wheeler Road, Mapleton, Illinois 61547.

 

Board Members Present:

Supervisor Gary W. Thomas; Clerk Harry L. Sweet, Jr. and Trustees: William J. Gerdes, Tal B. Beckman, James E. Bailey and Brian B. Fengel.

 

The Supervisor announced a quorum was present.

 

The Road Commissioner Dennis R. Beckman and the Tax Assessor Alice B. Dailey attended this meeting.

Copies of the "FINAL" Budget & Appropriation ORDINANCE NO. 2012~06 for the Township of Hollis were presented to Board Members.

Only one change has been made to the Town Ordinance approved April 26, 2012

A MOTION to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 2012~06 / Budget and Appropriation Ordinance

FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HOLLIS

for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2012 and ending March 31, 2013.

 

Motion Brian Fengel; second Jim Bailey. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

 

Copies of the "FINAL" Budget & Appropriation ORDINANCE NO. 2012~07 for the Single Township Road District of Hollis Township were presented to Board Members.

FOR THE SINGLE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT OF HOLLIS

Fiscal Year April 1, 2012 - March 31, 2013.

 

GENERAL ROAD FUND

No changes were made to the Road District Ordinance approved April 26, 2012

 

A MOTION to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 2012~07 / Budget and Appropriation Ordinance

FOR THE SINGLE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT OF HOLLIS TOWNSHIP

for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2012 and ending March 31, 2013.

Motion Brian Fengel; second Tal Beckman. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

NOTE: WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ADOPTION, THE TOWN & ROAD BUDGETS MUST BE FILED WITH THE PEORIA COUNTY CLERK
