MINUTES SPECIAL BUDGET HEARING MEETINGS
THURSDAY, MAY 30, 2013 @ 7:00 P.M and 7:15 P.M.
After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Supervisor will call the meeting to order @ 7:00 P.M. at the Hollis Town Hall, 6430 West Wheeler Road, Mapleton, Illinois 61547.
Board Members Present:
Supervisor Gary W. Thomas; Clerk Kelsey A. Archer, and Trustees: William J. Gerdes, Tal B. Beckman, James E. Bailey and Brian B. Fengel.
The Supervisor announced a quorum was present.
The Road Commissioner Dennis R. Beckman and the Tax Assessor Alice B. Dailey attended this meeting.
Visitor: Harry L. Sweet, Jr.
Copies of the "FINAL" Budget & Appropriation ORDINANCE NO. 2013~06 for the Township of Hollis were presented to Board Members.

No changes were made to the Town Ordinance approved April 25, 2013
A MOTION to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 2013~06 / Budget and Appropriation Ordinance
FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HOLLIS
for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2013 and ending March 31, 2014.
Motion Tal Beckman; second Brian Fengel. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

Copies of the "FINAL" Budget & Appropriation ORDINANCE NO. 2013~07 for the Single Township Road District of Hollis Township were presented to Board Members.

FOR THE SINGLE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT OF HOLLIS
Fiscal Year April 1, 2013 - March 31, 2014.
GENERAL ROAD FUND
One change will be made to the Road District Ordinance for the Road Fund Budget which was approved April 25, 2013:
Line Item # 33599 Contingencies will increase $3,000. to a total of $4,500.

Motion Bill Gerdes; second Tal Beckman. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.
