  1. A letter was presented from the Ill. Society of Professional Engineers. No action needed.
  2. A letter was also received from the office of Patrick Urich the Peoria County Administrator regarding a Discount Prescription Drug Card. No action needed.
• Town Business
  1. The Supervisor presented information from Brian Smith, Executive Director of TOI regarding the Annual Educational Conference to be held in Springfield, Ill. on Nov. 11-13, 2007.
• Road Businesss
  1. The Road Commissioner stated he is still waiting for the seal coating of roads to begin.
  2. He gave an updated report on the needed repairs to Cilco Lane.
  3. He also presented information on the possible delivery of the new International tandem truck this week.
• New Business
  1. The Board voted to approve the registration fees and the necessary expenses for the Educational Conference to be held in Springfield, Ill. on November 11-13, 2007.
  2. An inquiry was made concerning a mobile home parked along Cameron lane at a building site. No action needed.
