TRUSTEES ANNUAL ACCOUNTING MEETING

MINUTES, MONDAY, APRIL 07, 2014

After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Supervisor called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. at the Hollis Town Hall, 6430 West Wheeler Road, Mapleton, Illinois,

61547-9615.

Board Members Present:

Supervisor Gary W. Thomas; Clerk Kelsey A. Archer; Trustees: Tal B. Beckman, James E. Bailey and Brian B. Fengel. Trustee William J. Gerdes was absent.

The Supervisor announced a quorum was present; however, a quorum is not required for this meeting.

The Road Commissioner was not available for this meeting.

The Supervisor presented the Trustees with the Supervisor’s Annual Statement and the Highway Commissioner’s Annual Report for the Fiscal Year

April 1, 2013 ~ March 31, 2014. Copies of these reports will be attached to the Minutes of this meeting.

Copies of the following documents were presented to verify reports:

1. Investment Report 2. Budget vs/ Expenditures Report

3. Bank Statements 4. Cash Disbursement Detailed Report

The reports were reviewed by the Township Trustees. There was brief discussion.

A MOTION was made by Trustee Jim Bailey; second by Trustee Brian Fengel to approve & accept the Supervisor’s Annual Statement & the Highway Commissioner’s Report for the Fiscal Year April 1, 2013 ~ March 31, 2014. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

A CERTIFICATE REGARDING THE SUPERVISOR’S BOOKS was presented for Trustees signatures. The Certificate will be attached to the Minutes of this meeting.

A MOTION was made by Jim Bailey; second by Brian Fengel to adjourn the meeting. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned @ 7:26 P.M.

CERTIFICATE REGARDING SUPERVISOR’S

ANNUAL STATEMENTS

FISCAL YEAR APRIL 1, 2013 ~ MARCH 31, 2014

At their Annual Trustees Meeting on Monday, April 07, 2014, the Board of Trustees of Hollis Township, Peoria County, has reviewed the Supervisor’s Report and the Highway Commissioner’s Annual Report for the Fiscal Year beginning

April 1, 2013 and ending March 31, 2014.

After said review, the Board Members certify that all records and all fund balances for the Township and Road District appear to be a true and correct report showing the state of all accounts.
