MINUTES ~~~~ SPECIAL BUDGET HEARING MEETINGS
THURSDAY, JUNE 29TH, 2017 @ 7:00 P.M and 7:15 P.M.
After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Supervisor called the meeting to order
@ 7:00 P.M. at the Hollis Town Hall, 6430 West Wheeler Road, Mapleton, Illinois 61547.
Board Members Present for roll call:
Supervisor William J. Gerdes; Clerk Cheryl A. Archer; and Trustees: James E. Bailey, Brian B. Fengel, Maryann S. Morrison and Rich D. Murray.
The Supervisor announced a quorum was present.
The Road Commissioner Dennis R. Beckman attended this meeting. The Tax Assessor
Alice B. Dailey was not available.
There were no visitors.

Budget & Appropriation Ordinance No. 2017~06 ~~~ FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HOLLIS
Fiscal Year April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018
Information was presented to Board Members regarding the
"FINAL" Budget & Appropriation ORDINANCE NO. 2017~06 for the Township of Hollis .
There are no changes from the Tentative Budget which was presented last month for approval.
A MOTION to ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2017~06 /
Budget and Appropriation Ordinance FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HOLLIS
for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2017 and ending March 31, 2018.
Motion by Brian Fengel; second Jim Bailey. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

which was approved May 25, 2017 at our Regular Monthly Board Meeting:

Decrease of 5,000. from Tentative Budget
Last year’s Budget for this item $ 50,000.

Increase of 4,000. from Tentative Budget
Last year’s Budget for this item $ 9,500.
