Board Members present were Russell Zeine, Supervisor; William Gerdes, Rich Murray, Stacie Breedlove and Maurice Super, Trustees; Rhonda Hodges, Village Clerk.

Dennis Beckman, Road Commissioner and Alice Dailey, Tax Assessor were in attendance.

No Visitors attended the meeting.
