VISITORS ADDRESSING THE BOARD: NONE
TOWN BUILDING, GROUNDS & EQUIPMENT: The quote has been signed with Cordts Heating and Air and Brad Cordts stated installment will be done after the first of the year. Ameren sent correspondence that once the project is finished, the Township may receive $1500 instead of the original $1000 that was stated.
COMMUNICATIONS & Correspondence: Russ received a letter from S and Z Property about parcel 200340009 stating they are interested in purchasing the property.

TOWN BUSINESS ~ Supervisor: Bartonville Bank sent in cookies and Laura Beckman sent in pie for the board.
CLERK BUSINESS: None.
ROAD BUSINESS ~ Highway Commissioner: Dennis stated he has been in contact with Peoria County and MFT has decreased since last month but does not have definite numbers at this time.
The boom mower has damage again so it will be fixed but parked until a new one arrives.
A leak in the fuel tank of one of the tandems and a new tank will be ordered and pricing is $ 750 to $ 1800 and a new one will be stainless since this is caused by salt. Cost to fix was estimated at $1000 so purchasing a new one was recommended.
Peoria County Highway Department Motor Fuel Tax Report :
TRUSTEES/ Information / Business: Rich asked about GA fund and if that had to be approved monthly. Russ stated that GA is approved as utilized.
TAX ASSESSOR’S OFFICE / Information / Business: Alice stated the year is closed but she does have a few things left to submit for year end. She did state if the board is aware of anyone turning 65, to let her know so they can apply for senior exemption. Alice stated that she was receiving calls about the new laws about the smoke detectors but did not have information. Russ stated that the law states that it states if they are working in a home, you do not have replace. Once you replace, you will have to purchase the ones that are required. Russ stated they can read the law online at the State’s Fire Marshall website.
