CLERK BUSINESS:
ROAD BUSINESS ~ Highway Commissioner: Denny stated he has the bids in for seal coating and the pricing includes taking dips out of the roads. There was an accident on Tuscarora, which is a bad spot plus other roads have issues, so working on these areas this year. It is too expensive to tear up roads and redo, so this is a cheaper way to fix them. We can fill areas with asphalt, but this should really set for a year, so they will be revisiting these roads again once this is done. We are edging roads where the asphalt is broken up and adding white rock to fill the area. Plus, we are getting rid of dead trees to avoid further issues.
