  1. The Board reviewed the changes to the Security System for the town hall.
• Communications & Correspondence
  1. The Board discussed the increase by the LaMarsh Drainage District for the annual maintenance assessments.
• Town Business
  1. The Supervisor presented information concerning a proposed hog processing plant being considered for the area.
  2. It was noted that funds have been received for the farm crop for acreage owned by Hollis Township.
• Road District
  1. The Board was informed that a final invoice has been received for legal fees concerning the Carrie-Scharf issue.
  2. The Road Commissioner informed the Board that he is working with Civil Engineer Pat Meyer to obtain funds if possible for the improvement of the dangerous curve at the top of McCumber Road.
  3. The Road Commissioner informed the Board that the rubberized paint project for the maintenance shed roof has been terminated due to safety concerns.
  4. The Road Commissioner informed the Board that Edgewood Nursery Construction has been contracted to do the repairs to the LaMarsh Creek Bridge project.
• Trustees
  1. Trustee Fengel announced that a meeting will be held on November 10, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at Hollis Grade School concerning a state wavier for tuition for out-of-district students.
• Visitors
  1. The Board recognized Mr. Jim Warning and Mr. David Bauman from Willock, Warning Accountants who reviewed with the Board the yearly audit.
