  1. The Board recognized Mr. Dan Ostrander representing Altorfor, Inc. from East Peoria Il. who offered their services to the township if needed.
  2. The Board also recognized Mr. Mike Unes the state representative elect for state office. He represents the local area. He stated he is trying to meet with as many persons and groups for input concerning state government.
• Communications & Correspondence
  1. Reports were given covering the Tuesday Dec. 7th 2010 seminar held by Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen in Peoria, Il. and also the Peoria County Township Officials dinner held Sunday Dec. 5th, 2010.
• Road District
  1. The Highway Commissioner reported the following- the mixing of salt and cinders for roadway ice and snow control, and a brief report on the gate installation at the Carrie-Scharf facility.
• Trustees
  1. An inquiry was made concerning the status of a hag processing plant being considered at Pekin Il. No new information was available at this time.
• Old Unfinished Business
  1. The Tax Levy Ordinances as well as the Consent for Tax Levy Increase for the Road District were passed.
