  1. The Board discussed the possible location of a hog processing plant in the Pekin Bottoms area. This location is considered cost prohibited.
• Tax Assessor
  1. The Tax Assessor explained the folder system being used and that some necessary information is missing for tax records but corrections are being made as needed.
