TRUSTEES ANNUAL ACCOUNTING MEETING

MINUTES ~ MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2012

After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Supervisor called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. at the Hollis Town Hall, 6430 West Wheeler Road, Mapleton, IL. 61547-9615.

Board Members Present:

Supervisor Gary W. Thomas; Clerk Harry L. Sweet, Jr. and Trustees: Tal B. Beckman, James E. Bailey and Brian B. Fengel. Trustee William J. Gerdes was excused.

The Supervisor announced a quorum was present; however, a quorum is not required for this meeting.

The Road Commissioner Dennis R. Beckman attended this meeting.

The Supervisor presented the Trustees with the Supervisor’s Annual Statement and the Highway Commissioner’s Annual Report for fiscal year April 1, 2011 ~ March 31, 2012. Copies of these reports will be attached to the Minutes of this meeting.

Copies of the following documents were presented to Board Members to verify the aforementioned reports:

1. Investment Report 2. Budget vs/ Expenditures Report

3. Bank Statements 4. Cash Disbursement Detailed Report

The reports were reviewed by the Township Board of Trustees; there was brief discussion prior to the motion to accept the reports.

A MOTION was made by Brian Fengel; second by Tal Beckman to approve and accept the Supervisor’s Annual Statement & the Highway Commissioner’s Report for the Fiscal Year April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. The motion passed with all ayes on a roll call vote.

A CERTIFICATE REGARDING THE SUPERVISOR’S BOOKS was presented for Trustees signatures. The Certificate will be attached to the Minutes of this meeting.

A MOTION was made by Tal Beckman; second by Brian Fengel to adjourn the meeting. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously.
